Health
A company's success is largely dependent on its employees' physical and emotional well-being, since these factors have a direct impact on our company's most valuable asset—its human capital. To guarantee a high standard of care for the health of our employees throughout the Company, we have created a Group-wide health care standard. Preventive measures such focused health promotion programs, a methodical evaluation of health risk reduction, and curative treatment are all included in the standard.
Safety
In order to offer a secure work environment for its contractors and employees, Vega Resources LLP strives to uphold the highest standards. Our safety management system is based on the HSSE Policy of the Vega Resources llps Group, the HSSE Directive, and corporate regulations that provide the safety management framework, such as HSSE Risk Management, Contractor HSSE Management, Management of Hazardous Substances, Personnel Transportation, and Reporting, Investigation, and Classification of Incidents.
Security
We assess HSSE risks far in advance of the start of every oil and gas project we work on. We provide our employees thorough training and make sure they are qualified to carry out the assigned tasks in a way that minimizes risks to the environment and other people.
Environmental Policy
One component of the corporate management system at Vega Resources LLP is the environmental management system, which lays out the consistent environmental management method in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations as well as relevant practice.

The reserve replacement ratio at a minimum level of 100%, efficient production at brownfields, and increased production through the development of greenfields are the main goals of Vega Resources LLP. Other goals include the monetization of gas reserves and competitive growth in production, the best refinery configuration, and the distribution of profits to all stakeholders.
